Cardio for Survivors, Thrivers, and Caregivers


The purpose of the class is to bring the energy of a group of people together, from all levels, without judgements, giving guidance and providing modifications. This class covers:

  • Breathing exercise.
  • Lymphatic health exercises.
  • Cardio warm up- with motor coordination challenges. (light to medium)
  • Core exercises w/ modifications.
  • Lower body exercises w/ modifications.
  • Upper body exercises w/ modifications.
  • Cool down with light yoga postures and one restorative posture.
  • Closing with a brief breathing exercises.
