Cardio for Survivors, Thrivers, and Caregivers
The purpose of the class is to bring the energy of a group of people together, from all levels, without judgements, giving guidance and providing modifications. This class covers:
- Breathing exercise.
- Lymphatic health exercises.
- Cardio warm up- with motor coordination challenges. (light to medium)
- Core exercises w/ modifications.
- Lower body exercises w/ modifications.
- Upper body exercises w/ modifications.
- Cool down with light yoga postures and one restorative posture.
- Closing with a brief breathing exercises.
